Access to Food has funded the following projects:
The Community Assistance Network in Crescent City, California was awarded funding to install a 36-foot ramp from the parking lot to the front door of a modular building to allow all clients to be interviewed confidentially.
The Ephesian Church of God in Christ in Berkeley, California was awarded funding to build two concrete ramps to replace two sets of stairs leading to their food pantry.
 
The Food Bank of El Dorado County was awarded funding toward the purchase of a vehicle to deliver food to residents unable to travel to the food bank.
Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Cruz County was awarded funding to install ADA-compliant toilets, handrails and sinks, an entrance ramp and tactile bathroom signage to make their expanded warehouse accessible to people with disabilities.
 
 
St. Anthony Foundation in San Francisco, California was awarded funding to reframe an expanded doorway and make a waiting area more accessible to people with disabilities.
 
Cathedral of Praise in Sacramento, California was awarded funding to remodel the men's and women's restrooms, creating two ADA compliant unisex restrooms.
Project Lily LOVE in Oakland was awarded funding to replace a porch and stairs with a ramp. Access to the dining area at the center is now available to their guests with disabilities.
The Food Bank of San Benito County in Hollister was awarded funding to construct a concrete pathway from their side parking lot. They also added two accessible parking pads at the front door which was previously graveled.
Bread of Life-Life Song Church in Stockton was awarded funding to remodel the men’s and women’s restrooms. Each will have new ADA compliant fixtures and stalls, as well as, automated ADA doors.
Home Start Inc. in San Diego was awarded funding to create an asphalt access path covering bare rocky earth. Also includes, a modified threshold and new ADA entry door.
Food Bank of Yolo County in Woodland was awarded funding to create an accessible pathway and a small ramp to accommodate a raised threshold.
St. Julie’s Parish Food Bank in San Jose was awarded funding to build an accessible concrete ramp, redo curb cuts, and install an ADA compliant entry door.
Centerville Presbyterian Free Dining Room in Fremont was awarded funding to add handrails at entry steps, and reconfigure curb cuts at surrounding parking lots.
Butler Pentecostal Food Panty in Fresno was awarded funding to remodel two restrooms with ADA compliant fixtures with widened accessible doors.
Grateful Hearts Storehouse Inc. in Los Alamitos was awarded funding toward the purchase of a delivery vehicle to bring food to their homebound clients with disabilities.
Crenshaw United Methodist Church in Los Angeles was awarded funding to remodel two food pantry restrooms, both to be unisex and one for pantry guests with disabilities.
All Saints Episcopal Church in San Leandro was awarded funding to remove and replace two sets of concrete steps with a uniform height entry deck with accessible ramp.
Selma Community Enhancement Corporation was awarded funding to remodel two restrooms for ADA compliance and add ADA compliant signage throughout the facility.
Del Paso Church of God in Sacramento was awarded funding to replace steps at the entry of the dining hall with a ramp and to remodel the pantry restroom for ADA compliance.
Christian Partnership Inc. in Sacramento was awarded funding to install automatic doors, an accessible ramp and tactile ADA signage throughout the facility.
